Bellman - Part-Time

The Bellman will assist guests with luggage, provide shuttle services to area locations and will serve as concierge for the hotel

Breakfast Attendant - Part Time

The Breakfast Attendant works early morning shifts beginning at 5:30 a.m., setting and replenishing breakfast food for hotel guests and maintains cleanliness in breakfast lobby. This is a part-time, non-benefited position.

Conference Services Associate (Set-Up) - Part Time

Part-time opening for individual with strong customer service and the availability to work a variable schedule. Will perform a variety of duties in support of groups using the Conference Center, including greeting groups; setting up tables, chairs, catering and AV for groups; and performing a variety of other client support and administrative duties..

Housekeeper - Part Time

The Housekeeping position at the University Guest House cleans guests hotel rooms and when needed will clean common areas of hotel and meeting spaces to ensure a clean environment by maintaining standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This is a part-time, non-benefited position.

Rooms Coordinator - Full Time

Rooms Coordinator is a member of the Front Office Department. Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and flexible in supervising/assisting in other job duties within the department. Works closely with all departments to maximize hotel occupancy and revenues by reviewing individual room blocking, pre-registration, special requests, arrivals and departures. Serves as a liaison between various departments to ensure quality guest service. Maintains a high level of guest service in all areas of front office operations through training of new hires and coaching of current staff.
