Summer Conferencing

 

The University of Utah Summer Conference Program is one of the premier conference programs in America. Conference groups from all over the world choose the University of Utah as their conference site and bring groups ranging in size from 10 - 3000 people in a variety of accommodations ranging from our on campus hotel to newly constructed suite style residence halls and apartments. Special events and dining options are our specialty.

Our summer conference season spans from May 15 through August 6. We can plan any portion or your entire event here on campus. We have both residence hall and hotel accommodations as well as 25,000 square feet of meeting space. We have an extensive list of catering and activity options for groups of all sizes.

Facilities

 

The Heritage Commons Residence Halls were constructed for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games and hosted the Athlete Village. They can accommodate approximately 1650 people. Our on campus hotel, the University Guest House, can house 134 guests year round. No matter how large your summer conference is, we can host it, and keep your guests happy and comfortable.

 Heritage Center Dining

We design our services to fill every need of our guests. We provide everything from computer access and video games to meals and transportation. Our desk is open 24 hours a day for questions, requests and comments. If you need a wake-up call, a different meal card, a tour, or anything at all, we'll be here to help.
