Guest House Expansion Plans

Now complete

We are excited to announce that our hotel expansion at the University Guest House has been completed. Our growth since we opened in 1999 has been remarkable. Our expansion includes a larger front parking lot, 50 new rooms, front desk, waiting, and lobby areas of the hotel. This has given us more space for registration, check-in and serving free breakfast. Our new rooms include mostly double queens and some new hospitality suites. Our ballroom on the south/west side of the building seats 350 people, and has 12-foot ceilings. In addition we have a second catering kitchen to serve our new meeting space.

New in the University Guest House:
