The person in this position must have a positive attitude, the ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide outstanding guest service. Must demonstrate ability to prioritize & change course of action quickly, being flexible. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting and assisting visitors in person or over the telephone, running audit reports, preparing daily credit card & cash deposits, answering multi-line phones & assisting guests. Employee must provide routine office support, including working at the front desk of the hotel, checking guests in/out, assisting them with problems or concerns, and making hotel reservations. May help set up hot breakfast, keeping areas stocked and clean, and help other departments if needed throughout the night.
This position requires a background check, paid for by the department.
