Conference Set Up - Part-Time

The Conference Set Up Staff job is for individuals with strong customer service and the availability to work a variable schedule. The Conference Set-Up will demonstrate ability to prioritize and change the course of action quickly, being flexible. Must have positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Provide outstanding guest service. Sets up tables, chairs, catering, and AV for groups using Conference Center. Uses banquet event orders to ensure the client’s needs are met. Assists clients with AV equipment and other needs on-site. Attends scheduled staff meetings. Receives, greets, and directs visitors to the appropriate person or office. Answers telephones, provides assistance, and directs customers to the correct person or office. Creates and maintains files. Answers questions about the organization and associated activities. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
