The House Person will have the ability to prioritize and change the course of action quickly, being flexible. Must have positive attitude and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Provides outstanding guest service. Vacuums, cleans, mops, scrubs, and dusts. Cleans hotel common areas including restrooms. Dusts, cleans, and vacuums furniture, fixtures, doors, and related furnishings by using appropriate cleaning supplies. Uses floor equipment including extractor, buffer, and other machines. Cleans carpets and empties trash. Performs other House Person duties per Supervisor’s and Manager’s direction.
Previous hotel and/or custodial experience preferred. Must be available any day of the week; days and hours may vary, depending on hotel occupancy.
