Set Up Staff Part-Time - Thomas S. Monson Center

Demonstrated ability to prioritize & change course of action quickly, communicate effectively, and ability to be flexible. Applicant must have a positive attitude and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Provide outstanding guest service. Sets up tables, chairs, catering, AV for groups using the Thomas S Monson Center.

This position requires a background check clearance; background check is paid for by the department. 

Employees receive the benefit of a free Trax/UTA pass during employment. 

Weekend and evening work will be required. 

Uses banquet event orders to ensure the client’s needs are met. Assists clients with AV equipment and other needs on-site. Attends scheduled staff meetings. Receives, greets and directs visitors to appropriate person or office.



High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
