Conference Facilities
The University Guest House and Conference Center has facilities of all types for gatherings of all types, from business conferences and meetings to weddings and formal dinners. All of our facilities are listed below.

There are three meeting rooms and one boardroom located in our 135 room on-campus hotel. Enjoy spectacular views of the valley while you sleep in the greatest of comfort.

Our conference facilities are well suited to any type of gathering, whether small or massive. Our boardroom is perfect for smaller business meetings, while our meeting rooms range from the more intimate to the immense. Whatever style of seating set up, be it theater style or classroom, is best suited to your gathering, we will have it ready before your conference begins.
After the conference, guests of the hotel are guaranteed such amenities as satellite TV, an in-room microwave and refrigerator, ethernet Internet and much more. These guests have access to laundry facilities and a fitness room.

The Chapel is available for weddings and meetings. It can seat up to 150 people in pews, chairs or a combination of both.
The Fort Douglas Post Chapel has been fully restored to its original splendor and is available for weddings and other events. The Chapel seats up to 150 people and is equipped with state of the art audio/visual equipment and automatic stage.

The Theater can accommodate 250 people auditorium style and is equipped with a full audio/visual projection system.
The Post Theater has been restored to its original look and feel. With seating for 250 and state of the art audio and video projection system, the theater is perfect place for meetings, performances, movies and seminars.

Built in 2000, the Heritage Center has four state of the art meeting rooms and two seminar rooms, as well as a dining facility.
Built in 2000, the Heritage Center has four state of the art meeting rooms and two seminar rooms, as well as a dining facility. These facilities are especially popular for our youth conference and summer conference programs and can accomodate especially large gatherings.
The Commons portion of the Heritage Center was the site of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games athlete village. The Commons consists of 1700 residence hall beds and 150 apartment-style beds. All accommodations are suite style.
