This position for the University Guest House & Conference Center, the hotel on campus, is part of the Maintenance Team. This team is responsible for varied maintenance needs in the hotel and meeting spaces. The team also performs facility preventative maintenance and maintains building aesthetics in order to support the University Guest House mission of “Complete Guest Satisfaction”.
This is a full-time benefited Housekeeper position, rate of pay $15/hr. Usually shifts are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., must be available weekends, days may vary based on hotel occupancy. The Housekeeping position at the University Guest House cleans hotel guests’ rooms and when needed may clean common areas of the hotel and meeting spaces to ensure a clean environment by maintaining standards of cleanliness and sanitation. A background check, paid for by the department, is required.
The Meeting Planner works in the Conference & Event Management department at the University Guest House & Conference Center, developing client relations and working with conference groups. This is a full-time, exempt position.
