Our 30,000 square feet of meeting space is divided among 5 buildings in the Historic Fort Douglas area, including the University Guest House, the Officers Club, the Commanders House, the Post Chapel, and the Post Theater. We have facilities for all types of gatherings from business meetings to formal dinners.

Two ballrooms, three meeting rooms, two boardrooms, and a large patio located make up the conference space of our 180 room and 30 suite on-campus hotel. Our conference facilities are well suited to any type of gathering, whether small in our boardrooms, or large in our Fort Douglas Ballroom. Two preparation kitchens are available for caterers.
This unique venue can be rented as a complete building to be used for one large event, or can utilized as four individual meeting rooms. A prep kitchen is available for caterers.
Excellent for meetings, department retreats, intimate dinners, or smaller weddings, the Commanders House is a charming historic home. With two open air parlors, and two additional small rooms this venue is a unique event space. A prep kitchen is available for caterers.
The Fort Douglas Post Chapel has been fully restored to its original splendor and is available for weddings, memorials, worship, and other events. The Chapel seats approximately 150 people in pews.
The Post Theater has been restored to its original look and feel. With seating for 230 and state of the art audio and video projection system, the theater is the perfect place for movie screenings and seminars.
The Fort Douglas Bandstand and the surrounding lawn area can be rented for outdoor functions of any type like barbecues, and picnics. Power is available. Additional furniture can be rented from event services on campus for larger events.
